Where Style Meets Substance...

With Fond Memories..

We would like to thank everyone who has been following our site and taking this happy journey, which will end in a wonderful new beginning. We have been extremely overwhelmed by the enthusiasm and interest from so many people, and we're also equally overwhelmed with the unwavering support that has been given to us throughout out wedding! We will always remember you guys with fondness and, as a small tribute to all who has shared in our joy of the day, we've decided to create this site, in memories of the day, and to all of you guys..

Although one chapter was completed Saturday, December 9th 2006, our story of being together begins. We will always remember and cherish our wedding day and the week we had with our family and friends and look forward to creating many more happy moments with everyone, and most importantly each other, as Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Lo!

And HOW did we meet?

We thought it might be nice to fill in those who don’t know how we first met. Alfred and I have been togather for almost 4 years before deciding to tie the knot :) Would you call that enough of trial time? Almost everytime during the last year when we mentioned that we'll be getting married in Dec 2006, we'll get that customary 'waaaaaahhhh!!' I don't really know if the 'Waaaaahhh's' we got from people were Waaahs of
- 'Waaahh... so LONG you've been together!" OR
- 'Waaaahh... so YOUNG you're getting married!!"

For the sake of discussion, we're BOTH 26, yeap, yeap, same age, with me being a tiny few months the older (and wiser) one, heh.. Anyway... we met during my very very very FIRST week of starting work at Infineon Melaka! That time, I was still extremely new to Melaka (I am still), and being the youngest engineer around, my first friends were MMU Industrial trainees. There was a group of them whom I frequently went out with for lunch, and there was this guy, Alex (our Bestman too... check out his pic), who was among the group of trainees I was mixing with. And in one of the outings with them, Alex brought along his friend, Alfred. And you must imagine, all I thought was Alfred being a little kid since he was STILL studying (coz chinese ed and all...). However, surprisingly, we clicked almost immediately! One date slowly turned into another. Many dates and KL trips & Pasar Malam outings later, we both looked forward to a very important date December 9, 2006.

So, it was technically at Mahkota Parade, and through Alex Ong that we both met!

Journey Together

And the journey starts from here...
